Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using the 3gpking platform. By registering or using any part of this platform, you agree to be bound by all provisions stated herein.

By accessing or using the 3gpking platform — whether through the website, mobile app, or any other service provided — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any provision in this document, please stop using the platform immediately.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and 3gpking as the platform provider. They apply to all users, including visitors, registered users, and anyone accessing any content or service on this platform.

Account Creation & Security
To register and use the 3gpking platform, you must be at least 18 years of age or have reached the legal age of majority under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction. By registering, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate, complete, and up to date.
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or closed without prior notice.
You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential, including your username and password. 3gpking will never ask for your password through any communication channel. If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact our support team immediately at [email protected].
All activity that occurs through your account is your sole responsibility, unless fraudulent access by a third party has been reported to and verified by 3gpking.
User Responsibilities & Rules
As a user of the 3gpking platform, you agree to comply with all of the following rules at all times:
- Do not use the platform for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited under Malaysian law.
- Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the platform's systems or data, including any attempts to bypass security controls.
- Not use any automated software, bots, or scripts to access, scrape data from, or interfere with the platform's operations.
- Do not spread false, deceptive, or misleading information while using the platform or when interacting with the support team.
- Do not engage in payment fraud, including the use of stolen or unauthorised credit cards or payment details.
- Do not attempt to manipulate game outcomes through any unauthorised means or in any way that undermines fair play.
- Do not share your login credentials with others or allow anyone else to access your account.
- Comply with all applicable bonus and promotional policies, including the wagering requirements specified for each offer.
Violation of any of the above rules may result in account suspension or closure, balance freezing, and legal action where necessary.
Payment & Transaction Information
All transactions on the 3gpking platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). No currency conversion is required, as the platform is built specifically for Malaysian users. Supported payment methods include FPX via major Malaysian banks and TNG eWallet.
You are responsible for ensuring that any payment method you use legitimately belongs to you. Using a payment method that is not yours or that was obtained unlawfully is strictly prohibited and may result in account freezing and referral to the relevant authorities.
Withdrawals can only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered under the same name as your 3gpking account. Your first withdrawal may require identity verification. 3gpking reserves the right to request supporting documents to verify a user's identity before processing any withdrawal.
Any winnings obtained through fraudulent activity or a breach of these terms will be voided and will not be paid out.
Liability Limits, Account Policy & Intellectual Property
Platform Liability Limits
3gpking is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use this platform. This includes, but is not limited to, financial losses resulting from technical disruptions, system errors, or betting outcomes.
The platform is provided "as is" and 3gpking does not guarantee uninterrupted service at all times. Scheduled maintenance or unexpected technical disruptions may temporarily affect platform availability.
Account Suspension & Closure
3gpking reserves the right to suspend or close any user account without prior notice if there is reasonable indication of a breach of these Terms & Conditions, fraud, or unlawful activity. In such cases, any balance in the account may be frozen while an investigation is carried out.
Intellectual Property
All content on the 3gpking platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and interface elements — is the exclusive property of 3gpking or its respective licensors. No part of this content may be copied, redistributed, modified, or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent from 3gpking.
Third-Party Links
This platform may contain references to third-party services or payment providers. 3gpking is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party. Use of third-party services is entirely at your own risk and subject to those parties' own terms.
Changes to Terms & Governing Law
3gpking reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon being posted on the platform. Your continued use of the platform following any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated version. These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable Malaysian law.
